Billionaire Dragon is a GM-less, semi-competitive RPG about huge, powerful dragons trying to protect their hoard from tax inspectors.
It was made as part of James Lennox-Gordon's 'One Page RPG Hackathon 2021' and is a hack of Penny Dragon by Ella Watts.

I made a somewhat crunchier version of this, mostly changing how the stats and skill rolls work.
